MD. Ha Viet Trung

Ha Viet Trung, M.D. is currently the Vice President of Dinh Tien Hoang Institute of Medicine, and Deputy Director of Agriculture General Hospital under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. He graduated from Vietnam Military Medical University in 1987. During 1987-1995, he worked at Vietnam People’s Army Hospital. In 1994, he obtained the certificate of Medical Specialist I in Internal Medicine at Vietnam Military Medical University. Afterward, he was appointed as Deputy Director of Centre for Occupational Health under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. In 2009, he obtained the certificate of Medical Specialist II in Internal Medicine at Vietnam Military Medical University. In 2012, he was appointed as the Vice President of Dinh Tien Hoang Institute of Medicine.
 
Dr. Ha’s research focuses on the following issues: Applying Vietnam’s traditional medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of Stroke & Cardiovascular Diseases; Finding new medications and intervention methods; Enhancing the treatment effectiveness for patients suffering from Stroke & Cardiovascular Diseases.
