PhD. Phan Quoc Viet

Phan Quoc Viet, Ph. D. is the Founder and Chairman of Tam Viet Group, a soft skill training and disability coaching organization. He had a Bachelor of Science in Geophysics and a Ph. D. in Physics – Mathematics from  Moscow State University of Lomonosov.He worked in the Vietnam Oil and Gas industry from 1987 to 2001 as the COO and CEO of different companies. In  2001, he founded Tam Viet Group and started with Business Leadership and Soft Skill training and coaching. From 2013 until now, he opened a branch of Tam Viet Group for Autistic Coaching and Talent Development.

Dr. Viet’s approach in Autistic Support are through vibration, community coherence and open space ecosystem. Especially, his approach is not using any kind of drugs or medicine, he does treating the disease (as others) but focuses on precision talent development. Dr. Viet also has National Records for a collection of books on soft skill training for students grade 1 – 9 with 5 million copies sold and an individual coaching autistic children becoming Vietnam Circus record holders in the shortest time.

The World Record Content Academy recognizes Dr. Viet’s contribution to finding a successful coaching and training method to help the autistic children become record holders.
